Hi, I’m Cliff Man, the practitioner behind Sunrise Acupuncture Therapy in Shannon, Co. Clare.

My interest in acupuncture grew from my own experience of living with ankylosing spondylitis. Living with long-term pain has helped me understand how persistent discomfort can affect everyday life, confidence and the things you enjoy.

That experience inspired me to support others who are living with pain, particularly those who feel unsure about what they are experiencing or where to turn.

Care that starts with listening.

Every treatment begins with a conversation. I take time to understand your health history, your current concerns and what you would like help with.

Your care is tailored to you, with space to ask questions and discuss how you are getting on. My aim is to help you feel heard and explore how acupuncture may support your movement, comfort and wellbeing.
